| Notes |
This field should contain a Unique Reference Number (URN), as shown on get information about schools website. All School Direct Salaried trainees should be associated with an employing school. In some cases, for example where students are self-funded, they may not be associated with an employing school, in these cases, the valid entry ‘900030 - Not available’ must be returned. Where the employing school does not have a URN, the below generic codes should be used:
Lead Partners Providers delivering ITT training in partnership with an accredited provider, should record those courses as ENTRYRTE = 12 or ENTRYRTE = 13". DfE needs to know who is delivering the training in a partnership arrangement and the Student.SDLEAD field should be used to capture this. For Lead Partners who don’t have a URN (e.g. HEIs), DfE would expect code 900020 'Other establishment without a URN' to be used and when DfE receive the trainee data, they will attempt to update the Lead Partner stored in Register so that it is correctly linked to the Lead Partner. | ||||||
