Code 9 'None of the above' should be used for all 16 -19 year old learners following a programme of 450 or more guided learning hours per year, learners studying learning aims unrelated to their employment and the unemployed. Where an institution is not aware of the learners employment or is unable to establish a link between the learning aim and the learners employment, code 9 'None of the above' should be used. |
