Notes |
This flag must only be used for the year(s) that a student is intercalating from a medical, dentistry or veterinary course. This field should be completed to reflect the position at the end of the reporting year. Therefore, when a student completes their intercalating year and returns to their original course before the end of the reporting year, Instance.INTERCALATE will not need to be returned. The outcome of the intercalating year should still be recorded. This flag may be returned for students intercalating to a course of any level. For the year in which a student is intercalating, Course.COURSEAIM should be changed to record the intercalating course aim, but Instance.NUMHUS should remain the same. For example: the student below intercalates from their Integrated Masters in Medicine to the third year of a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology.
