This field should be returned if courses are accredited, recognised or endorsed by professional, statutory and regulatory bodies. This includes courses that lead to initial registration, support enhanced registration, or have been recognised by the regulatory body. This field can be completed for students with Course.COURSEAIM M22, where applicable. Providers in England For providers in England, generic code 06 can be returned, but only in instances where a student has not yet specialised in their course e.g. prior to their final year. Where they have specialised, codes 60-65 should be returned. Providers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland Codes 30-55 and codes 60-65 should be used by providers in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. These codes cover the granular functions of the General Dental Council, the Health and Care Professions Council, and the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Codes 02 'General Dental Council (GDC)', and 07 'Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)' should not be used by providers in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. In addition, providers in Wales and Northern Ireland should not use 06 'The Nursing & Midwifery Council. Providers in Scotland Generic codes 02 'General Dental Council (GDC)' and 07 'Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)' should be used by providers in Scotland. Codes 30-55, covering the granular functions of the General Dental Council and the Health and Care Professions Council, should not be used. Codes 60-65 should be used by providers in Scotland to cover the granular functions of the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Generic code 06 'The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)' should not be used.
