This field should contain the percentage of the assessment for the CourseStage that is through practical exams. See separate document for details on classifying assessment methods. This field can contain a value in the range 0 - 100. The sum of this field, CourseStage.COURSEWORK and CourseStage.WRITTEN must equal 0 (in the case where there is no summative assessment in the year) or 100. Definitions of assessment methods are provided in the Calculations of assessment and learning and teaching methods guidance. The percentage of assessment undertaken in each method should be based on the notional credit points associated with the type of assessment. |
