Notes | A numerical (xs:integer) value must be coded. For example: £15,000 should be coded as 15000 £6,000 should be coded as 6000 A response to the question is expected if the following codes were used for Q2 (Employment.JOBSNO): 2-9. The value in the field must not be lower than the value returned in (Employment.SALARY) Students who complete Employment.SALARY and/or Employment.ESTEARN with currency other than £ (pounds) will need the HEI to convert the currency to £ before submitting data to HESA. This conversion can happen at any point during the DLHE schedule and does not need to be the exchange rate as at the census date. Students who are working part time should return in Employment.SALARY and then the number of hours worked in Employment.PTHOURS. There is no requirement for HEIs to create a full time equivalent salary for the leaver. |
